Famous Australian flame-grilled chicken franchise, Oporto, opened its doors to Sri Lanka at Colombo City Centre.
The restaurant was opened in partnership with franchiser Ataraxia Capital Partners.
Oporto restaurant is located at Food Studio’s Atrium, and it is the only restaurant with its own private dining area.
Apart from its signature brand of flame-grilled chicken infused with its own unique blend of Portuguese-influenced chili sauce, Oporto offers a wide range of food.
Its Sri Lanka staff has had a special training in Australia.
Australia’s High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Bryce Hutchesson was also present at the opening event.
